New Feature- Set an equity or cash-flow goal and track your trajectory against it, with on-track projections updated as your portfolio changes.
- Group properties by LLC or holding company, with consolidated per-entity metrics and a per-entity Schedule E worksheet.
- New portfolio benchmarking view compares every property against your own portfolio, standard rules of thumb, and market rent.
- Generate a one-click lender package PDF — holdings, rent roll, financials, and Schedule E — for any entity or your whole portfolio.
- Commercial and portfolio loan financing is now reflected across the lender package, goal trajectory, and acquisition analysis.

New Feature- Rent gap analyzer flags under-market rents against live market comps, so you know exactly how much income is on the table.
- Acquisition analyzer models a purchase before you make an offer, showing day-one metrics plus the before-and-after impact on your whole portfolio.
- Track leases and tenants — rent, deposits, and term dates — for every unit.
- Sell recommendations now include both taxable-sale and 1031-exchange tax estimates, so you can compare the after-tax outcome of each.
